I'm a newbie

Hi Everyone-

I just joined your forum. Am contemplating purchasing an AS 27 International. Almost pulled the trigger yesterday. Wanted to give it one more day of thought. Retired a year ago. Want to go everywhere! Should I do it!

BTW that's what we did back in '99 we got a 17' Casita FD, sold it the same day we got our '04 Casita 17' LD, sold that the same week we got our '69 Tradewind in 2012.

Oh did I mention our 2001 13' Casita PD we got for our SSR to pull ? We still have it and enjoy it often.

We did the same thing a year ago (27' Eddie Bauer) and haven't looked back since. Our neighbors back home have forgotten what we look like

Of course, everyone is different, but we found the 27 to be a perfect size for us. It fits just about anywhere, is easy to tow and has plenty of room for two people on those rainy "inside days." We like the north/south placement of the bed vs. the east/west on the 25's.

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us.

We retired ten years ago. Nine years ago, we got our first Airstream, a 25FB. We spent over 1,300 nights in that trailer and towed her 120,000 all over the country. We now have a 2015 25FB and are continuing our travel.

It has been a great retirement and we highly recommend it.

Brian

itldo,

Agree. Go for it and enjoy. And...welcome to the forum.

We used our A/S when we could while we were working and it was never enough. Now, since we retired, we use it when we want to and are enjoying exploring our great nation.

Good luck with your purchase,

Roy and Marie
