Hello Everyone....
I just purchased my first Airstream today. I haven't been able to pick it up yet but I will be able to eventually. It is a 1964 Safari that I got off of Ebay from the Airstream guy. I have two little girls that love to go camping. With a little bit of work the trailer will be in decent enough shape to camp in. Looking forward to all of the adventures and meeting as many of you along the way.
Congrats on your new baby! Not sure if that is the same one we looked at, we made the trek up there into the wilds of Kansas and met the Airstream Guy and looked at a Safari a couple of months ago before we bought our Argosy. Nice guy. Have fun with it, you"ll love your Airstream!

Congratulations on the new trailer. I'm sure you'll be very pleased. Let me know when you need me to come over and help with the polishing.
I reserved a site for you for the Silver Stars and Stripes Rally at Meramec State Park in August. Make sure that A/C is in working order because it will be HOT.
Now we'll need to look into joining the WBCCI Southern Illinois Unit. I noticed they have a "Buddy Rally" coming up on August 8th. I'm not sure what a Buddy Rally is, but I suspect it's a way to introduce new folks to WBCCI and see if they'd like to join.

Its crazy how nice you all are. I'm going to have to check into all of that running gear first. I have abuddy who is going to help me...I figure between the two of us we can figure it out. Not sure what I'm looking for, but with this forum I'm sure I can figure it out. Thanks to all of you....looking forward to it.
