Howdy - Just got 72 Sovereign
Have just joined and wanted to say hi to all. I've just purchased a '72 Soveriegn. I'll be doing restoration work and I'm thankful to have found this resource.
Any advice for replacing a bathroom from the floor up will be greatly appreciated.
All the best!

Welcome! Member PizzaChop has rebuilt the bathroom on one of his. Take a look at his pics, and he may also have messages with pertinent info.
Here is one pic showing the work he did: http://www.airforums.com/photos/show...00&userid=4331
If the link doesn't work well/right, go to member's photos and look.
Good luck, and use the "search" function on the forums. Tons of info.

About the best you can do is pull all the components out, reinforce them, spray them, put new fixtures in, and be happy. I tried for months to figure out how to put in a whirlpool tub, or create more headroom in the shower, it just ain't gonna happen.
