I'm an Airstream dreamer and am closing in on retirement in December 2015. We just purchased a Toyota Tundra 5.7L with tow package in anticipation of getting a 23 or 25' AS later this year.

Looking forward to traveling with my amazing wife and our 2 wiener dogs as we figure out where we will retire to.

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. Good luck on your Airstream quest. You are on the right track. We retired and started Airstreaming in 2005. We started off with a 2005 Safari 25FB. We traveled extensively with it (1,300 nights/120,000 miles). We downsized to a 2012 FC 23FB, and traveled with it for about a year (150 nights/15,000 miles). We decided that it was just not comfortable enough for our camping style. In 2014, we went back to a 25FB and bought a 2015 FC 25FB. We keep an in-depth travel log. We have spent 45% of our time over the last nine years camping in the Airstream. What a great retirement it has been, and we are not finished yet.
