Hope to be new owners soon...

Hi, like the title says we hope to pull the trigger on a 23D bunk soon. We have been using a 1977 Komfort 22 foot trailer that I did a 70% gut job on a few years back and took the family on a 30 day road trip around the northwest US. We are hooked on traveling but the tanks dont work on the komfort and well it has dry rot etc but for what i have put into it, it was worth the expense as I wanst sure if this was the thing for us. So after living in a trailer for 30 days on a trip we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in a trailer.

The 23D bunk seems like a very efficient floor plan. We hope to keep this trailer for awhile. Im 15 years from retirement and this is a pre-retirement "investment". We have 3 kids and this woudl be quite an upgrade for us.

I will get into the subforums and ask all my questions just wanted to say hello.
