Talking Hi Im new...'74 Argosy 24

Im new to all of this and just wanted to say hello. I live in the Central FL area and have rented campers 2x a year for my favorite music festivals Springfest and Magnoliafest on the Suwannee River in North FL. After 2 years of renting we decided to buy one. I looked everywhere for something but kept only finding the square ones. Finally we found one in USED condition. Everything works and we have now taken it to the Suwannee Music Park for Wannee fest with the Allman Brothers! I love it! and want to learn all I can. So, Hi everyone from Sunny FL!

Howdy Argosy 74 -- and welcome to the Forums! I'm still hanging on to my '74. They're so nice to tow! Stay tuned and come back with your questions. Congrats on a fine choice.

Suwannee, eh? I saw a program recently about a folk festival there -- the Duhks were awesome.

Yes the Duhks are great and the video for music farmers came out great too! Magnolia Music & Events, Inc. Home Page The towing on the way up there went amazingly good! we are still trying to break it back in. It hasn't moved in atleast 3 years!

Oh boy, another Argosy owner. Congratulations. These are great old trailers. Hope you have as much fun with yours as I'm having with mine. Pictures please. I lived in Alachua, FL for a while and had a place on the river. Was pretty surprised to find out how it was really spelled. Guess Stephen Foster had to make it rhyme for his song.
