We've been full-timing in a 684 for just over a year and love it. The guys at Tebay are brilliant.

We're thinking of (maybe) heading up to Scotland later this year. If we make it (and if I can pluck up the courage to drive a 43' long outfit around those narrow Scottish lanes) we might see you.

Good luck with the purchase!

Hi thanks for the post, a friend of ours is also full-timing in a 684 twin, he is in the French Alps for the next 3 or 4 months. Seeing inside his van made us realise how different the European versions are from US (we love US Airstreams just don't like the insides - too dark). We're hoping to sort something out at the Birmingham show.

My wife and I felt our Overlander was to dark inside when we bought it. The 1973 style has dark walls inside. When I decided to change out my old vents with new ones I purchased new vents with white covers and lights attached. I put two white vents in and one fantastic fan, which gave me great unexpected results. The light came through the white vent covers and brightended up the inside. It really makes a positive difference.
