I am on the east coast and have a 1973 Tradewind 23 ft. Easy to transport to Charleston. Would that be of interest.

Hello from Colorado: I've been to your beautiful country on business. I love it and the people I worked with.

You might check the Airstream Classifieds here in these Forums. There is an outfit called Timeless Travel Trailers here in Colorado that does great conversions of Airstreams to "commercial" trailers. Check their web page and maybe get some ideas.

My Airstream is now ok for that.

Hellooo...
I had friends in the USA who could do the transaction.
I then looked for my vehicles myself.
Classifieds.
Many classifieds.
So many classifieds.
Many days watching classifieds.
It took a lot of time.
More than a year.
I managed to find an Airstream in Tennessee.
On Ebay.
This is not the best classifieds.
But it happened like that.
I had paid $ 11 000
I had many other expenses, because I wanted to travel to the USA with.
There was also buying a tractor vehicle for the trip.
But also for less harbor dues.
We had a great trip to the USA Before depositing at the harbor for shipping to Belgium.
For that price, I had an Airstream far from being good condition.
But it was usable for the trip.
The Airstream is since last year at home. In France.
I did a lot of indispensable things to him.
Electricity. Plumbing. But still many things to do.
if I did not have to use the trailer in the USA, it would have been better to buy one in less good condition.
Less expensive. Because there are many things that must necessarily be redone.
Electrical problems for Europe. 220 v. European trailer plug.
I do not know the regulations for trailers in Italy.
For France, it must be over 30 years. Otherwise, it is not possible. Or. Recent European Airstream.

Hello Alex
Don't you have any photos of your project? On my page you can see in the photo album many details about the renovation of my Cruiser 1954. Near here is a food track of the company www.desifood.ch which is based near Bern.
Greetings from Switzerland - Werner
