I have been very lucky to have had quite a few Airstreams.

My current favorites are my 55 Flying cloud and my 1979 Airstream 24' Motorhome.
If you need any help just ask, and let me know you know me from the forums!

How are you feeling. Have you seen the ebay rear door Argosy for sale? It's #4591969405. Someone named Miller is the broker. Know anyone who would go take a look at it for me?

Love my Airstream!

Hello. Like Richard, I too, am an Airstream nut! I love how a Airstream defines life – the Adventure, it allows the meeting of like people who like to seek out the meaning of life through travel, and when on the road, how one become a home away from home. Part of my fascination, is the find! I’ve owned 7 Airstreams since 1998, 5 at one time parked in my yard. I’ve got a wonderful wife (the 65 Caravel is her), and two boys, age 4 (Stanton James) and 2 (Bryce Donovan). They love Streaming too! We are in the process of restoring our 1958 Sovereign of the Road (we got it from RichardT from Bat Cave – a good friend with like interests! – although we’ve only met once when I got the trailer, as well as our Tuesday night chats). I’m a regular member of www.theVAP.com show that airs every other Thursday – make sure to download it on Turkey day! Growing up, my grandfather was an Airstreamer, with a 1960 and then a 1967 trailer. Wish I could have had his, but he sold it while I was away with the Marines. When he passed away, I went out (I was single at the time), and bought the 85 34’ Limited and lived in it for a few years, letting my Military housing allowance pay for it (why be single and be paying a landlord rent). I am now writing this from our 1967 Trade Wind here in Quantico, Virginia, where I just finished my two weeks of Reserves, am work local on the civilian side too…The Trade Wind is home away from home too. I get to go home on Tuesday….HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone! http://sweetsovereign.blogspot.com

Rob

Parts

On the way to Lake Lure, I spotted a home with a few Airstreams on their property, I was wondering if you are the person that restores Airstreams.
Or do you know who I am referring to.
I have a 2006 Airstream 30 ft classic that I am restoring.
Would you be interested in a short queen mattress with rounded corners.
Comes with a foam topper.
I also have a queen coverlet, cornices, drapes and dual shades.
All in very good condition.

I'm not the guy with these Airstreams - that's RichardT

Hi from Arden NC

Heard you have extra airstream parts. My cousin Chris Galloway told me about you. My husband and I planning to drop in. Hope that’s ok. Look forward to meeting you.
