Hi All

First time posting and wanted to touch base with everyone. Purchased our new trailer in September 2001. Its a 2002 34ft Limited w/Dinette slide. Somewhat different from most in that I ordered it with full laminate floor from the Kitchen/Bath-Wall forward, vinyl? tile floor in the Bath/Hallway Area. The only carpet is in the Bedroom. Airstream fitted the trailer with an extra deep front roof locker to accommodate the Sony DVD player (they supplied) along with the usual Sony radio/6 cd changer. The cabinetry is Light Pecan, as is the laminate floor, which makes for a light airy interior. We like the trailer a lot.

Originally pulled with a 3/4 ton Suburban but I had one too many white knuckle experiences. The brakes, the tires, and the stability, left something to be desired. So I moved to complete overkill and purchased a 2008 F450 pickup. (End of the mentioned problems) The only shortcoming is its a big size......but it is a comfortable ride.

I am finding the forum to be an indispensable source of knowledge, experience, information, fun, travel tales, events, and more. I just can't think of all considerations at the moment. Anyhow I just want to thank all of you for sharing with me that common bond and love of traveling, that causes you to drive around with that funny looking little (upside down bathtub) following close behind.

A pleasure to meet your acquaintance.

Sal
