hello to all

hello to all. I just joined this forum last night looking for a cure for a sagging ceiling. (finding a very helpful thread). I posted my intro into the wrong place I think. sorry!
We are new to rving. This forum looks like it will be a big help. I thank you all for the info I have already read.
We recently bought our '95 30' land yacht for our travels to Ohio where we are originally from. For the 2 of us motels are fine but... we now have 4 yorkies and it is difficult traveling in our car or truck with them all. I have to add, these guys are my heart. They are very spoiled and some might think me to be a sick individual for letting them run my life but they make me happy. If they are left alone it is for only a very very short period of time. so far, we have only taken a couple short trips.( Learning experiences). I do have a barker. (only one). I do everything to keep the barking down. He never barks at night. So the trips so far have been nice. I hope it stays that way as I know everyone else does too. I am not someone who would just let the barking happen and not try to control it. I am very considerate of other campers.
My husband is an avid poker player. He is retired and would love to just travel to play in casino's. He is also a big Ohio State Buckeye fan. Hence, the names of our dogs, Buckeye, Ahia, Archie and Tressie. The #1 reason for our purchase of our Motor Home.

Hello and here's another welcome to our forum! We too have the drooping ceiling-have been sashaying round the problem for a couple of years, but this winter, it really dropped, so I'm about revved up to tackle it. I suppose the thread that you found is the one in which we discuss the size screws, covers, includes some photos, and so on. That is what I am about to do, whenever I can persuade my handy son to dedicate a couple of hours to "Gypsy re-do" with me as chief tool retriever. Let us know how your solution goes. Happy traveling with your Yorkie family! ~G

Hiya and welcome, hope you find a cure for a sagging roof!

I also travel with a boston terrier, Scrumpy Joe(don't ask!), and an american cocker, Café.
