Hello, new person.

I train dogs and travel far and wide to do it. I want a small trailer to haul behind my Suburban. I'm thinking a 19ft or 22ft would do it. I like the International line. I could go smaller, 16ft or larger 25ft, the issue is the ease of towing with my Suburban. If someone wants to move up in size we might be the right match. I want a deal but, I also want a unit in pristine shape. I have been looking for awhile, I am not in a hurry.

Hi Bill, welcome!! Be sure to keep an eye on the forums classifieds, as a wide variety of Airstreams shows up there. I'd also recommend using the search feature to read some of the threads on trailer size, as there are pros and cons to the various sizes and layouts. Good luck with your search!

Welcome to the Forums. You'll find a lot of good information here.

You didn't mention whether your Suburban is a 1500 or 2500. There's quite a difference. The 1500 will handle a 22' without much difficulty. Starting at a 25', a 2500 would be muore comfortable.

Hi Bill, welcome aboard. The dealers still have 2005 and 06's on their lots that you might get a great deal on. Go to the Airstream, Inc. :: Travel in Style. and they have a list of dealers that you can shop from.
