Hello from Virginia

Hello Everyone. I am new here but not new to camping. I live near Hillsville Virginia. I presently own a Nomad 5th wheel and presently looking for an Airstream 31 or 32 ft pull trailer around a 1988 model. I have always wanted an Airstream. I may be a little crazy buying one with the gas prices so high. HA HA If I find one at a good price I'm going for it anyway.

It's a nice site here. I learn something each time I sign on.

Welcome to the forum. You'll learn alot here. Please ask whatever questions you might have as time goes by. This is a very 'giving' community.

As a fellow Virginian, it's always good to have more of us around.
FYI: There is an Airstream only RV Park in Floyd (Copper Hill) VA. It's a great place to stay and certainly not far from you. Also, there is usually an Airstream contingent at the Galax Old Time Fiddler's convention (just around the corner from you).

Thanks! Yes I know about the Galax Fiddler's Convention. I am the banjo picker with the Bluegrass Band "New River Grass" I plan on being at Galax this year most every night, but probably not camping. I passed through Copper Hill Sunday going to Bent Mt. to look at a 1977 Airstream there. It was a nice Airstream but needed more work than I wanted to put into it. I am wanting one ready for the road and music trail.
