Hello from Texas / Lake Palestine

Have been lurking awhile , reading many posts. Just bought this :

A new 2019 25 FB Twin !
DFW Airstream (Vogt RV) .
We have been RVer's for many years and always wanted an AS. We used to full-time in a 5th wheel and have been coast to coast and border to border.
Favorite Spot : Glacier National Park.
Spent first nite at KOA / Arlington for 1st night shakedown cruise. Will have many questions for the group.Am trying to grok the dual A/c system ,fantastic fan (rained first night and next AM was acting wonky), Blue OX Hitch and AS latch ..... etc.
Happy Trails !

Congratulations!

I see two rooftop a/c's. Good call in a Texas Summer.

Congratulations. You will enjoy it. Regarding the Fantastic fan, if the sensor gets wet to the point it closes automatically, the fan won't open again until it dries.

Lookin’ good with pano windows all around! We had a 25’ in the 90’s . . . a great length.

When is your first trip?

Happy Trails,

Peter

We have the identical AS in Oregon. Excellent choice. We love ours. A few bugs on first trips, but fingers crossed from now. I have a wonderful modification suggestion if you are interested...message me. Marit

You might look into having the back and driver’s side awnings added to your 25 FB. They make a big difference in the Texas heat.
