Hello from Niagara, ON!

Our family are now proud owners of a 77 Sovereign 31. So far she seems to be in great vintage shape. Hoping that doesn't change as I start getting familiar with it.

Right now were just drive way camping as we search for a tow vehicle and research our needs.

Hoping to attend some events and get to know other Members of the As community.

I'll try not to bombard the forum with rookie questions..though I know it'll happen.

Are you in or near Niagara-on-the-Lake? If so I would forget the trailer and just stay put as you live in one of the most gorgeous areas we have visited. Seriously, welcome to the Airstream world.

Welcome from just down the road in Fonthill. Great bunch of people online with all kinds of advice and information.
Although it seem like I know what I'm doing, I'm just standing on the shoulders of giants who have done this before and kindly posted their journey.

Thanks @remphoto and @unkajack glad to be part of the scene. I have a Funny story that just reinforces what I'm finding out about the friendliness of AS owners. I just took a 2 night "mental health break" and went tenting and mountain biking in Allegany State Park. While there I met a gentleman who had a beautiful original 66 Overlander that his Father had owned. We spent some time chatting about Airstreams and he offered plenty of wisdom about maintenance and polishing. It was wonderful to speak to him and to hear about his adventures restoring his Dad's AS. If he is any indication of the people I can expect to encounter in the AS world then I'm glad to have joined up! Mike

Welcome Hopmonster from a neighbour in Burlington!

Are you perchance a homebrewer? I am, and have hops growing in the garden and up the side of our house! Just harvested them for another year!

So when is this..."old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?
