We are new to our airstream and are about to head out from CA to FL in the next few weeks.

Have any of you guys developed any must-have lists or check lists for your airstreams?

This has been covered a lot on the forum. You should do a search on Check List using the Google custom search feature under Search. This will give you pages of posts. Welcome and I wish you Safe Travels. I hope you enjoy Florida!

Know that someone else's must-have may not be your must-have, there will not be enough room in the truck and trailer for you. Travel light and simple, especially when starting out, you will learn what you actually need as you go along.
