Hello from London England

I've had my 1978 Tradewind for a few years but have not had much use due to illness in the family. I'm looking forward to being a mre active Airstreamer now.

Hello from Delaware.
Welcome to the forums. I'm looking forward to hearing about your Trade Wind, and maybe seeing some pictures. I've often wondered what camping in England would be like.

Hello Ian -- and welcome to the Forums! (SueB too)

We have some active members in Great Britain & on the continent. We regularly receive inquiries from individuals who are looking to buy or seeking guidance on shipping an Airstream to Europe. Your Airstream story would be of great interest to many at this site. Pictures are cool.

In exchange we offer a supportive network of experienced Airstream owners -- some of whom have seen it all. The rest of us will try to steer any of your questions in the right direction. Again, welcome and please keep in touch.

Welcome Ian. Good to have a Brit on the forum. I visit my favorite pub in Cambridge weekly (for last 7.5 yrs) and lived in Suffolk while in the USAF (early 70's). We camped the UK in a VW Camper and loved it. Looking forward to hearing about your trips, since we are familiar with the real estate.
Again, Welcome to the forum!
