Hello from Central Texas

Hello All,

We just ordered a new 2012 Flying Cloud 25FB, estimated delivery date is March 23. We also ordered a new 2012 F-150 FX/2 3.5L EcoBost with the Max Tow Package to haul it around.

We currently have a 17' Casita which we've towed all over with Chevy Tahoe. That was a fine combination for the type of traveling we did. But, with the addition of a second 100-pound dog, and the desire to spend less time on the road and more time in one spot exploring, it was time to upgrade to an Airstream!

Our first dog, a 3-year-old female Great Pyrenees, has already traveled many a mile with us. Our second dog, a 9-month-old male Great Pyrenees mix, has yet to venture far from home since we don't all fit in the Casita, but he loves riding in the truck. Both dogs went shopping for Airstreams with us, and both were quite happy with the 25FB (twin bed option), particularly the couch .

We're very excited to be getting an Airstream. We've always admired them going down the road or in the campgrounds. As soon as we walked inside one, it was pretty much a done deal, and only a question of when. When is now March 23, or thereabouts!

Great choices on the trailer and the truck. I have a 2011 F150 Ecoboost and love it. I'm just down the road from you in northwest Round Rock off 1431.

Great choice on the dogs, too.
