Hello from California

Hello,
my wife and I have been airstreaming for a little while, first with a Bambi and since late 2004 with a Classic 31' Dinette that took us all the way to Missouri (and back) last summer for the WBCCI International Rallye in Springfield.
I have read a number of posts since last year to help with choosing a new towing vehicle , sway control and generator vs solar panel.
We live in the SF Bay Area with our 'streaming cat and dog,
Glad to join this family,
Ed & Marie

Welcome Ed & Marie to the forums. Why not consider joining us at Casini Ranch April 28-30, to meet some of your airstream neighbors. Jeff

Ed & Marie,

Welcome to the forum group. Where in Northern California are you located? Your profile doesn't have much information, which is why I ask. I also extend the invitation to join us at Casini Ranch along the Russian River. It's a terrific location within easy reach of anyone who can get to Route 101 up north. River, ocean, wineries. Nice place. Please join us.

Welcome Ed and Marie!!!

It's always good to see a new member from the Bay Area! We have an awesome forum group here in Northern Cali and we have so much fun at our rallies. I would like to further the invitation by Jeff and Mike to join us at our next rally in April. Mike's right that the Russian River area is so freakin beautiful and fun and Casini treats us so well. Please join us in April or at the fall rally. I would love to see your floorplan as I have the 30' Claasic (31' length) and it would be fun to compare. Missouri and back is a pretty good trip but I got you beat last summer with Maine and back. Hope you can join us sometime and welcome to the forums.

Thank you all for the warm welcome, I am trying to talk Marie into attending the rallye, we live in Los Altos, so it's no big trip to get there.
