Mike:

I'm in KAF for another week then home for 90 day r and r. Plan to take the 325 to a Simuflite facility and fly support for my time off. Holler at me and we can get together at the boardwalk.

Just spent 4 days at KAF. Wish I'd have seen this earlier. I'm back in Kuwait now. Only 9 days to go.

My dad was posted in Kabul 1975-77 and I graduated from the American International School of Kabul.
I hope in your first post you actually meant "Beauty full Afghanistan" because it is in it's own way.
We were there during one of those "peace full" times and I hiked, camped and traveled all over the country with no problems. I suspect your time there was much more stressful and we're all glad when one of ours returns safe.
If you're up my way near Bellingham WA, please drop in and I've got a place off the patio where other AS'rs have stayed for the night.
Be an honor to host you and maybe swap Afghan storys
Safe trip home sir.
Del

That's funny, I'm in Tent 1 Inbound Operations using the free internet right now. Rotator home in two days. Just love blowing sand and oppressive heat, Indy is going to look really good Sunday morning.
