My wife and I are close to purchasing our first Airstream - 2007 Safari 23 SE/LS.
If all goes well We Will be picking it up in a couple of days.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, Dean. You have come to the right place to get all the info you could ever want about Airstreaming, and congradulations on your first.

If it is from a dealer...or for that matter a private party...do complete walk thru BEFORE you sign on the dotted line!!! Floors, roof, electric,plumbing...everything!
And if you have a question, call someone or go on the forum and ask. And don't forget to video the whole walk thru.

I may be sounding like a broken record on the forum but I would recommend getting "The Newbies Guide to Airstreaming". Lots of good information. Also,download a copy of the owners manual for the type of Airstream you are about to purchase and become familiar with it before the walkthrough. Perhaps there is someone on the forum in your area that would be willing to look at it with you. Good luck!

Why don't you tell us about your new trailer, and why you chose that one in particular?

And of course, as you likely already know, we'd love to see any photos you might have of it...?
