just bought an old airstream dont know what year. how can you tell the thing is called a land yacht numbers on it a8366 24tss0747 6202 probably from the missoula- butte area because there is a part of the sticker on the rear of it . any help with identifiing it would br appreciated.

The late 50's and early 60's Trade Winds are very popular on this forum and you should have no trouble getting specific questions asnwered about your new trailer.

AZflycaster's right on a number of accounts. He's decifered the serial number and all I can add is that it was built in the Santa Fe Springs, CA plant. These are great trailers with alot of charactert and personality. Post pix when you can.
