Got One!

Got our Airstream. We just bought a 92 29' Excella. It is in Southern Washington and now just have to go get it. My friend went to look at it and it showed no visible leaks and had not dents in it. Stored under cover no peeling of clear coat. Sofa covers and carpet need redoing. New toilet. When I go get it which hitch system do you all recommend? I will be reading up on hitches I guess. Think we got good deal at $7,500 as it was out of an estate. I hope right time right place. It has sat for 6 months so is there anything I should really look at before leaving back to Vegas area? Thanks for any help.

I'd say you have done just fine!

What to do for the trip? Well, make sure the tires are fairly new or just plan on a new set. Repack the wheel bearings and check out all of the brakes. Do you have a brake controller in your Tow Vehicle?

I've seen some pretty good lists here on the forum, perhaps one of the other folks here can post a link.

Gotta get busy! Have a great day! Now where did I put those revits?

Sounds like you got a good buy. Make it like you think it should be and hope you enjoy it for many miles.
