. ." grew up to become the principal literary figure of French-speaking Canada, its unofficial poet laureate, the only nineteenth century French-Canadian writer to be well known outside Canada.

Maerix, I can no longer speak or write, but I can still read French I enjoyed your post and hope you find others from this forum to correspond with in your mother tongue. Meanwhile, I'll join in reading whatever I can! ~G

Salut Maerix;
Traduction, not by Google but by myself :
Hi maerix;
I'm one of the "airstreamers" speaking Moliére language and the shakespeare's one with some understanding difficulties with the english or american accents.
But... because there is a But, i think it'snt a good way to speak french in a forum, where 99,99 % of his members speak english. just see the member map to understand.
Welcome in this forum;
Bruno.

club français trés fermé
Hi again;
I've just seen that my title was not complete...
"Club français trés fermé"
meaning that we are not many in this forum to speak french and we could have a private french club ;
It 'll be interesting to know how many members speak french... in USA & CAN ?
Bruno.
