Finally pulled the trigger!

So after months of looking at more RV’s than I care to remember we finally pulled the trigger! Found a lightly used 2018 FC 27FB at a dealership near us. This has been a long process and we’ve looked at everything from fifth wheels to class A’s. Came very close to getting a Grand Design fifth wheel. We will be doing our PDI on it Wendsday, any advice? Thanks!

Greetings from Walton County

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. Congratulations on your new baby. May you have safe travels and many great Airstream Adventures with her.

Just take your time on the PDI. Make up a written list before you go so that you do not forget anything during all the excitement. It looks like a 27FB Queen. That is a great floor plan.

Brian

We pick up our 2019 FC27FBQ in April from the dealer. There is a lot of great information on the Forum regarding PDI, you should have no problem picking it off. I used several different checklists to develop my own, which is as comprehensive as I can make it. Congratulations on your AS...as you can imagine, I think you've chosen well!

Thanks! Congrats on your new purchase as well! This is actually our first RV! We’re moving over from boating. A lot of the systems are identical so the learning curve should be pretty short. One thing I need to research is the solar charging system! Didn’t have one on my Sea Ray!!!
