Excited in Oregon!

We pick up our new airstream tomorrow!
My wife has been a good sport for 25 years, but she has informed me her sleeping on the ground days are about done. So this is our next step as we transition to empty nesters and edge a little closer to retirement.
Good deal on 2016 flying cloud 26u.
A little nervous about towing such a beast but we'll just take it slow and easy. We've been reading this forum for several weeks, and we've learned a lot.
I'm sure we'll have many questions in the months and years ahead and appreciate the experience of all you veterans.

Congratulations! It's hard to back to tent after an upgrade like that!

Congratulations and don't worry about towing it. These are some of the best towing trailers on the market.

Congratulations on the new rig. In March, we took possession of our very first trailer - a 2016 Classic. I had the same concerns re towing as you do. I acquired a ProPride hitch to help stabilize the rig - I believe that it has made a big difference - no 'white knuckle' moments. Good luck and enjoy the ride. Dennis

Congratulations from another new Airstream owner, hitching and towing is all new to us and has been a fun learning experience, having a good tow package made all the difference the first time we hit the road. Hope you have a great time.

Congrats! You'll have lots of adventures! Any chance you're up in the Clark St. area?
