Congratulations. We recently sold our second house on the Texas Gulf Coast and turned it into an Airstream. We had that house for 18 years, and while we had a great time, the upkeep, maintenance, repairs, etc. just became tiresome. Plus, it sat vacant close to 90% of the time. So far, we absolutely love the Airstream. Time for a new adventure.

Congrats Cody, that sounds like a great time and I'll agree with everyone else in this thread that wishes I'd done something similar way back when.

Sorry Cody, but those interior shots are too tiny to see anything. Dunno why you shrank them so much. Try again, with a photo that is bigger, OK?

Wow!

Thanks for the photos, Cori! That is one clean interior, too!

So you have the mid-double layout. That is a wonderfull set-up; you have more storage than you should ever need. And a nice wide bed.

In the front do you have a "L" shaped sofa, or is what I see pretty well the entire sofa? The "L" layout give you more sitting room, while the one i think ou have (against one wall only) gives you more storage. For some reason, it's called the "gaucho", by the way.

Hardly looks worn at all. Love it!

Thanks for sharing.

Wow! That is a super clean interior for that year of trailer. I like that style, I also like the fact you have the relative rare center double bed. I think my all time favorite trailer would have to be a 74-76 Tradewind center double bed. Another one is the 1976 Caravaner...

My parents had one like that back in 89. That's when I feel in love with Airstream. It's nice to live in. We had too for half a year while we fixed a house.
