Can't Happen Soon Enough!

Hi Everyone, I'm a solo teardrop camper. Soon to be full timing in New England. With a little snow birding in the winter. Leaning towards the 25ft rear bed flying cloud. It's all I can think about. I'll be on family property and will have to make a few adjustments. Parking pad, upgraded electric (30 amp) and some black water considerations. So happy to have you all here.
Smiling back... Helen

Here in Oregon the land use planning regulations are pretty strict and have very narrow allowances for second residences in most zones.(occupied trailers can't stay put for more than 6 months, I believe) If I were you, I'd make sure, before you spend lots of money, that your dream plans are legal in the State and County where you plan to reside.

The restrictions can be very irritating, limiting, frustrating. Coming from a farming background, I am not exactly happy with them. Everyone but you can tell you what to do with your land.

The fact that I am opinionated does not presuppose that I am wrong......
