Brddog

Hi,
We just moved up from a tent camper to a 2005 Safari 22. It may not seem big to a long term RV'er but looks mighty spacious to us. It tows fine with my 3/4 ton Chevy, but after towing it seems to be sheding aluminum dust on to the counters. I see smudges of this dust on the fuzzy headliner as well, is this normal?
Thanks,
Brddog

Welcome to the forums, Brddog, and congrats on your move from tent to Airstream. Camping in an Airstream is like moving to a Hilton after tent camping, at least that's how I felt. Don't have an answer for the dust though. I'm not sure where that would be coming from since your 2005 would be clear-coated. Hopefully someone will have an answer.

Ditto.
Depends on what color the dust is, as to whether it's a concern.

Thanks,
It looks black on a paper towel. It has a metallic lookand it is , I believe, what is smudging through the fuzzy headliner.
