Brand Spankin' New (to me)

After searching and searching, I have finally found and purchased my very first Airstream! I'm SO Excited!

I have lots to learn as this is also my very first travel trailer. I've been lurking this forum for a while now gathering as much knowledge as I could handle before I made my purchase. What a tough decision deciding which AS was right for me; vintage vs late model, length, layout, etc. I finally decided on a 2004 19ft Bambi International CCD.....!
presenting: UNTITLED COLLAGE :::::: VUVOX

I look forward to meeting you members and picking some brains on this forum.

Welcome and congrats on the rig. We look forward to your participation. Post some photos of your new (to you) unit when you are able.

Congratulations!! Looks great and in great shape.. Many of us are proud to let someone else break in and de-bug our trailers first.. Nice looking tow vehicle as well! Along with the usual advice ( try it first in driveway or close to home, make little checklists, practice stuff in daylight so you can do it in the dark..) here are a couple others:

1. Get very familiar with the Search Bar above, and how to look up threads or information here by key words.. There are hundreds of thousands of posts you can search for and read, representing wisdom of more than 10 years here..
2. After you get comfortable with packing, operation and towing, try taking it somewhere outside your comfort zone, to really appreciate what a great little space capsule it is, and how different the world seems when traveling with an Airstream...

Congratulations!! Looks like it hasn't been used - great shape! Of course, you'll have to change that. You need to get some mud or stone dust to add some character to those tires. Enjoy - and safe travels!
