Austin winter rally

We are new to this living in an RV and the Austin winter rally sounds like fun. Who do we need to contact? We live in a '96 34' Exalla and I am reparing a 1967 27' Overlander for my Mother in Law. The 27' was our first RV and it was in a lot worse shape than we knew. It has been changed over to all 110 v and it has to have direct hook up( no water tank). The shell is oxidised and we started a murial at each end . We will bring it up.
