Argosy Minuet 20' Value

Hello. I have a 1977 Argosy Minuet 20' I would like to know the value of in order to sell it. The condition is excellent and well cared for, new carpeting, curtains, no air or spare tire. Never been repainted but the orange stripe is replaced. Has been to many Airstream rallies at Jackson Center. Am alone now and can't travel on my own. It is the basic model.Awning in great condition.

Welcome to the Forums. Sorry to hear about your loss and decision not to try the solo-traveling life.

Your Minuet will find a strong following and you won't likely experience too much difficulty finding a buyer. The current economic conditions make it a bit more difficult to establish values, but my observations point to a current value between $3,500 and $5,000. This value range would reflect a coach as you describe with all systems functional (water heater, furnace, RV refrigerator, demand water system, Univolt, and range).
