And . . . We are home!

It's official. 2006 22 foot safari and 2011 Tundra are sitting at our front curb. Survived initial hitch up and 60 mile drive. Thanks to the two previous owners who have taken such good care of our new AS.

Pictures will follow shortly and thanks to CrawfordGene, Weaselmouth.com, DreamstreamR for such good advice.

I had no previous information on this, so you are going to have to get me up to speed.

After being on the search since last August, we finally found the perfect AS for us and brought it home today.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

Nice! You are going to love it even more after you use it a while.
Our 25' Safari has a same bed/bath layout and similar kitchen/living area.

Dana,

It looks like it is in perfect shape and it was only 60 miles away. A new truck and a new-to-you Airstream, all in a few weeks!

Park it on the lawn until the HOA comes after you. It will improve the neighborhood and you can plead aluminitis—they won't fine you for having an incurable disease.

Looking forward to following your trips.

Gene

Spiffy, and looks very comfortable. We are on our first trip with ours, and we know the feeling! Congratulations on a great new adventure machine.

Thanks everyone.

Gene, I might try that... it will hide the mowing that I didn't do this weekend because I was busy playing with our new AS.

Just made reservations for our first overnight in a couple of weeks.
