Almost "Out There"

I registered on the forum a couple of days ago and posted my first post. My wife and I along with our Labradoodle, Stella Blue (daughter named her after a Grateful Dead song) live in central North Carolina. We're getting ready to throw in the work towel and trade in the four walls and yard for a travel trailer. After quite a bit of looking we have concluded that an AS is right for us. We still have about a year to carry rocks up and down the hill (work) but we're getting excited and the planning is half the fun. I'm glad I found this forum as I've already learned a lot from the tons of experience found here. Never owned or towed a travel trailer before although I have towed boats and even lived on a sailboat for awhile. But since I'm new to AS you'll proabably have to pardon me for asking a lot of dumb questions while I go up the learning curve....

Just type in "tires" if you don't believe me. Hope you find your first Airstream under the Christmas tree.

Welcome to the forums, good luck with your AS search. Just this week while passing south of you folks on Cycle North Carolina I met a Goldendoodle...Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle mix... very, very cool dog!!
Please post a picture for us of Stella! Looking forward to seeing you on the road.
