Have you tried a plunger? It should pull the dent out, there might be a small crease but no one will notice.

so no joke, that happened to my 78 Sovereign right as I was finished with the resto job. Just installed the newly upholstered gaucho a day before a very powerful straight line wind storm turn my 31 footer into a large paperweight.
I know some of you have seen this but ....
