A Little Help Please

Have a '68 28' Ambassador Intl. Looking for a tow vehicle. Have 2 owers manuals, but both have weight capacities pages removed. Any ideas? Any suggestions? It's a great trailer and would like to get it mobile.

Thanks,
Brookie
