Hello All,

I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge and resources here!

Kudos to all!!!

My main reason for joining is to blog-ument the experiences, and it looks as though the plethora of resources here will make this a most enjoyable adventure.

Be forewarned though, if you read on that blog-ument, I have a tendency to babble in a stream of consciousness that may be painful for some to dig through. (Context relations may not be readily apparent, timelines are morphed and jut about quite a bit and that vertigo you may experience is unintentional. I'm just a bit excited is all... so, if I don't respond to something, it's 'cause I've lost it in all of this wondrousness!

Hope to meet in the Stream!

Whistling: (Row, row, row y'ur boat, gently down the stream - Merrily merrily merrily merrily -Life is but a dream)

Hello Mr. E. Welcome to the forums. Congratulations on the O'lander! I also have a '72. This is definitely the place to find what you are seeking regarding all things Airstream. I've read your blog posts. Interesting read. Cool story. Just so you know, I've found that people tend not to comment on blogs. People here seem much more inclined to comment/participate on a thread. There are many great restoration/refurbishment threads to read up on here. Here are a few threads of '70s trailer refurbishment/restorations.

And of course my thread on repairing rear end separation on Abby.

There are many more out there, for sure. Good luck!
