'71 23' Safari LY and we 2

Hello everyone. Been lurking for awhile and have time now to introduce ourselves. Haven't had time to update profile, but hope to soon. My wife and I, "Carolyn & Charlie" found this jewel by happenstance. She was in great shape. Just been sittin' around for three yrs. unused. The Safari had 2 POs. The man we got it from and his sister. Got it for 3K . Now out another 1.5 K and lots of time and labor .I had known him for 25yrs. Had no idea he was in the clan 'til he mentioned he'd just purchased a 34' ft.er. A few pics below as she is at the mo. Great to be here. This site and it's members rule

Welcome to the forums! Great looking Safari. Its interior looks very much like my 72 Tradewind.

Welcome from Chandler, OKLAHOMA. What a good looking find. You must leave the green shag carpet, very retro. What's the blue under the mid-trailer on both sides? Looks almost like lights. I know you're going to have run camping with this trailer.

Good eye! I never noticed that. It looks like those neon lights kids put under their cars.

neon underbelly

Hey in Chandler,OK and BC. Yah they are inspired by Artstream and others. Blue neons, two 3' sections at both bumpers and two 4' sections at midship. Make great step lights also, with the blue scare light it's nice. Googled ebay awhile and got the set for 50 bills w'S&H.
