I'm trying to remove lavatory sink, I don't see any screws etc. to hold it in place and do I have to cut copper water lines to get it out?

Yes you need to cut the copper but it is a non standard size, my 65 overlander I would say remove all you can and install pex tubing

I was able to remove the water lines through large hole cut in the sink pedestal ,You will also see the screws that hold the sink down. Good luck
