Wink 1980 International

I was given my Airstream by my older brother. We restored the inside and have been using it. Awhile back the water in the toilet would not shut off. I either want to repair this one or remove it and install a new one. The wing nuts holding the toilet down are almost impossible to get to. The top of the toilet seems to be seperate from the rest of it. I was thinking the top would come off and allow me to get to the nuts. Can anyone give me any onformation on this. Thank you!
