1975 Argosy Owner

I am doing some work on a '75 Argosy 26 that I bought. It was near totally original with 38000 miles. To date, I have replaced the shag carpet with parquet flooring and also the original 100 pound converter. 7 new Firestone and a new awning and I am about ready to take a trip. Other than the usual small things to fix, everything works great EXCEPT for one thing. The cockpit heater and AC fans cut on and off?? On for a minute or two and then off for longer. I am assuming some type of breaker or controller, but have yet to be able to find it... Anyone out there with suggestions? Thanks
