That is a very very nice clean trailer! What are your plans for it?

Now that is a beautiful Tradewind. It looks like it has had very good care over the years.

Looks like this trailer just came out of a time capsule. Mint condition!

Thanks, we feel very fortunate to have found our Airstream in this condition. We had been looking for almost a year, for an original Trailer that had been well maintained and needed little work. We have some cosmetic things we will work on along the way, right now the window seals are our top priority. So glad to finally be an Airstreamer!

Thanks everyone, we are very happy. We can hardly wait for our maiden voyage. Replacing the axles is very important to us and is our next goal. After I finish replacing the window gaskets, I want to seal where the window frames are cut into the shell. I plan on using Parabond for this, any thoughts? After I finish with this, I would like to seal around the vent pipes on the roof with Vulkem and hopefully this will take care of the majority of the sealing for a while. I really appreciate all the input.

Kindest Regards,

Kindest Regards,
I used Acryl-R, narrow gap sealer around the window frames with very good results.

very nice and good to have another 68tw in the area.

Sikaflex 721 good for roof applications as well and pretty easy to work with.
