She needs a new owner - 2006 Classic

Ladies and Gentlemen,
It has come time to part ways with Buttercup. I have not used it many months.

If you want to see her she will be on display at AS of Spokane mid-month.

I am not sure if I will hang around the forum once she is gone. If I buy another AS it will be nearly as old as I.

So do I, but it is necessary. She is too big for weekend or multi-week trips. I bought it to live in and I did so for three+ years.

I have the word out for a 1962 Flying cloud.

Michelle, sounds like a good exchange. I know it'll be tough to see the old friend go, but new friends are good too.

Michelle - We've never met, probably never will. But like others, I've always followed your posts. I understand the need to move on, but you & your input will be missed. I guess we'll just have to hope you find that FC. Best of luck.

Why not put up a "For Sale" ad in the Classifieds here?

I'll give you a great rate on it.

I have already agreed to put it on consignment at AS of Spokane.

Nooooooo!

OK, I understand, now here's an Idea. Move Buttercup to Air-izona for the winters, and buy a little one for the weekend trips! I hope you find a new "weekender SOON"

Happy trails! Paula

The current favorite has aluminum in it. I need something to carry around my motorcycle.

Northwood Manufacturing: Desert Fox Floorplans
the 24AS as least it has AS in it.

The bed in the 24' looks very difficult to make. What's the difference between Arctic Fox and Desert Fox?

The bed could be a problem. Making the bed in my classic is not exactly a pleasure either.

The Arctic Fox is just a travel trailer. The Desert Fox is a Toy hauler. The bed in the back raises up to the cieling for your "Toys".

Thanks, I always wondered about that. I'm sure you know Airstream makes toy haulers too, but the prices seem astronomical. The Foxes have a good reputation.
