New 34' purchase
We picked up our new 34' on Friday and had the whole family enjoy our first outing over the weekend. So far, we really like the coach and the layout. Still figuring out the location for a flat screen tv but that will wait until next spring. Moving up from 29' provides amazing additional space but there's no doubt about it. It's a big trailer. But one we will enjoy.

All I can say is AWESOME! It's beautiful. We had a 1994 34 foot Excella and absolutly loved it until the roof headliner fell in and became a battle we lost, along with the clearcoat, yada yada. I know that is fixed these days but anyway, we loved the extra space too. I remember my wife walking in the first time and saying "I have room to decorate" Good luck on your new coach! Even looks like you have an adequate team to drag it.

2006 34'
Some additional photos.
I didn't see a 2006 34' choice on the dropdown menu for updating my profile. Who is the webmaster that I can contact?
Question for anyone with a 34' that can tell me what rating are the bars you use on a Reese dual cam set-up? I have 1000 lb tongue rating with 10,000 max gross bars. Head and bar are 12,000 lb rating.

Beautiful. Anyone want to buy a 91 34 footer. Na, just kidding. I don't think mine looked that good when it was new. They have come along way in 14 yrs.

Great Choice!
That's my favorite floorplan with the L sofa. I was thinking that my 22' LCD tv could fit on the credenza by the door thus good viewing from the long sofa. Where are the tv connections? Very nice. Enjoy.

If it is any help, this is where the factory would install a flat panel TV on that model, Just remove the three peice mirror.

Rich. Wow! A Land Yacht with a saloon deck! Amazing!
I can see why, as nice as you 29' was, that you fell for this one!

TV connections
Cable hookups are at dinette as in Neatstream's picture (Does anyone know what's in the wall to attach your tv arm?). Neatstream - is it hard to view the 15' TV from the couch.
The other cable hookup is on the corner endtable between the couches. That was the only thing we didn't especially care for except for laying around on the couch and watching TV. I liked the idea of a 17 or 20' on the small table ledge on the curbside next to the loveseat by the chair storage. I could run the cable and electrical cord behind the loveseat and it would be hidden.
Another question. I've never had this kind of brake system. Disc brakes with the Actibrake system. I have the owner's manual but I haven't figured out how it works. My brake controller doesn't seem to work with it. I thought it did initially. It's an older Kensey brakecontroller and it may be time to upgrade.

That's an impractical spot (above the dinette) for a small tv. My 22' LCD is small enough to fit on the small curbside credenza. I have the same curbside credenza in the 30'.
I just love that L sofa. I've been wanting to see one forever and seeing your pic was nice. I think it's the best floorplan.

Rich, I've got 1,000 lb bars on my '94. It's dry weight is only 7700 lbs though, with an approximate 900 lb tongue weight. I'd suggest you contact Reese for a recommendation using your dry weight and tongue weight.
