Class 25FB: Replacing the Bedroom Reading Lights

I find it odd that Airstream mounts two spot downward hangin reading lamps under the forward cabinet in the front bedroom. You can't read by them because the bed is located on the curbside wall and you can bump your head on them when making the bed or getting in/out on that side of the bed.

I'd like to replace them with either a recessed or surface mounted switched puck light but I can't find any that has the truffle or bronze/weathered copper finish the Classics use for interior light fixtures.

Has anyone removed these lights and replaced them with something else?
