If you can repair with epoxy then that is fine, but sometimes there isn’t any wood left to repair.

Take a look at my project thread- go to Airstream Knowledgebase, trailers, Tradewind, 59-69, then Dan’s 66 Tradewind Improvements. You can send me a Private Message here on the forums to exchange numbers anytime.

Good luck, Dan

Post #93 in my project thread goes into detail and includes photos of how I replaced sections of the rotted plywood floor.

Are you saying that the entire floor needn’t be replaced?

Here is a photo of the "patches" I made in my 75 Overlander 27' with a rotted out rear section of the bath floor. I did remove all the bath fixtures to get a clean shot at the repair. I just made pieces to fit where I cut the rot. I made sure the patches were well supported by the frame rails, or cross member, or C channel. So far, I haven't fallen through the floor brushing my teeth.

Yes. You don’t have to replace the whole floor. Especially if you have soft wood and it’s still there.
If you’d like to private message me, I will call you back and talk to you about it.
I just tried to write a detailed response, and it failed to go through. I don’t have time to do it again.
