65 Overlander - Leaky shower/bath faucet

Hi, there is a slow drip leak from the base of the handles of the bath/shower faucet when the water pump is running. How do I repair this - tools, technique? I am new to tackling these types of tasks, so super simple language is appreciated.

It would help greatly if you could post a picture of the faucet. If original they a fairly simple to repair and can usually can be done in place.

Following up - the leak was repaired by a local rv shop when they were pressure testing the water system for a toilet repair.
