Where do I position my AC unit?

I'm preparing to install (have it done) probably a Penguin II on my '66 Overlander. There has never been an AC unit in the trailer. I was all set to put it in the 14 X 14 fan opening that is in the galley but I was reading somewhere else on the forum that you can't install at that location. My dealer doesn't have a clue (on this and many other issues) so I have come to the amazing folks at AF for guidance. Can anyone advise me at to where I should position the AC unit and where I might find power already in the trailer?
