I am going to build an A frame in the yard just tall enough to get the frame with wheels attached out. I will use a chain hoist dropped through the center vent attached to a 6x6 wrapped in padding. I saw this on 62 overlander's blog, his buddies in UK did theirs this way. The best thing doing it this way is the need for bracing is minimized.

Yup, Chris in the UK did it that way. Just remember, if you plan on changing out the axles while the shell is off, it could change the level of the frame when you roll it back under, so be sure to account for that when you decide how high to lift the shell.
