t-toggle anchor bolts for securing floor

Hello, after the winter hiatus, I'm ready to start replacing the floor. I've read through various threads, and most state that the exterior skins must be removed to replace floor and the bolts.

If I discover that things under the floor are not in need of extensive repairs that necessitate removing the belly pans, is there any reason that the new subfloor couldn't fitted and then secured with t-toggle anchor bolts, dropped in from above without access to underneath?

Sure. It's a different approach but may work. You can use self tapping screws available at fastenal also.
